SPUD TRILOGY PICKING - PEELING - EATING 

It promised to be epic and that is exactly what it was. The Spud Trilogy - which included Spud Picking, Spud Peeling, and for the first time - Spud Eating, drew a huge crowd on the Village Green on the Saturday afternoon of the festival.

After the spuds were picked and peeled, it was face down in mashed spuds.
